Repairs & Returns

The Maven rod warranty covers any defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty is limited to repair and replacement of the rod and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. It does not cover fire, theft, missing sections, accidents and / or damage related to over loading, external damage that eventually causes a failure, misuse, intentional breakage, modification or customisation.

If your rod has been fished successfully on its first couple of outings, then it’s good to go forever. Any future breakages are unlikely to be a manufacturing fault.
If you are concerned about any aspect of your rod or blank, then please contact us.

We are always focused on getting you fishing your Maven as soon as possible. We also offers a no-questions-asked repair service if your rod is broken in an unfortunate accident. There is a small administrative fee to cover your repair.

We are also happy to provide insurance valuations if required. Please contact us to request one.

Change of mind

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. If, however, you have a change of mind and would like to return a product for a refund, all returns are subject to a restocking charge equal to 15% (fifteen per cent) of the invoice. Maven does not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order, and you must prepay the return freight charges.
