The Maven rod warranty covers any defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty is limited to repair and replacement of the rod and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. It does not cover fire, theft, missing sections, accidents and / or damage related to over loading, external damage that eventually causes a failure, misuse, intentional breakage, modification or customisation.
If your rod has been fished successfully on its first couple of outings, then it’s good to go forever. Any future breakages are unlikely to be a manufacturing fault.
Defective item
If you feel your product has arrived with a defect, please contact us immediately.
We will then decide the best course of action. This will either be a repair, a replacement, a partial or full refund.
Damage in transit
Please notify us within 5 working days of a damaged shipment.
Please keep the packaging, as we may need to process the claim through our shipping and insurance agents.
If you wish to return your items
You may do so within 30 days of receiving the goods. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. If you are concerned about any aspect of your rod or blank, then please contact us.
We are always focused on getting you fishing your Maven as soon as possible. We also offers a no-questions-asked repair service if your rod is broken in an unfortunate accident. There is a small administrative fee to cover your repair.
We are also happy to provide insurance valuations if required. Please contact us to request one.
